Well, it is that time of year again, when we all overeat and then make the many resolutions that we make to make us feel good! Well, I love to make the resolutions! I am very good at making them, writing them down and then putting them off. But this year is going to be different! (I say that every year) but it is! I can feel it in my bones! And how do I know this, well, I am linking up with Brandi from A Peach for the Teach and making my resolutions public, so this is going to make me keep these resolutions!!!
Personal: I am going to go out there and walk more. I am going to make myself exercise. Maybe this will relieve some of the stress I have ben feeling and also help me get back into my pre-Emily clothes!!!!
Professional: I must have about thirty professional books that I have bought because my fellow bloggers talk about how awesome and informative they are. So guess what, I am actually going to read these!
Classroom: I hate to say it but my area is a pigsty in my room. My focus is on my kindergators and my lessons not in the organization of my area. Well, I am going to organize it and even file the many piles of papers I have hidden. This is going to take me quite a bit of time but right now sitting here relaxing, I am up to the challenge. Hopefully, I will be in 2014!
Blog/TPT: I m going to be more consistent. I am going to join more linky parties and I am going to meet more people. This is one I really want to be successful in!
Just-for-Fun: I want to go, let me rephrase that, I am going to the Kindergarten conference in Vegas!!!! I have wanted to for many years and I am doing it this year! Hopefully, I can find some more enthusiastic folks to join me!!!
Well there you have it! My resolutions for 2014! Right now, I am gung ho and determined! Let's just see what happens in 2014!
Hi, Cindy! Thanks so much for linking up! Love your blog! I hear ya on the overeating part! haha Vegas sounds like fun! Will that be anytime near the TpT Conference? I'd love to make it to that but might need to wait until 2015 to have enough saved!
ReplyDeleteHi Cindy,
ReplyDeleteWouldn't it be great if we all lived close enough to be walking buddies? I keep wishing for a snow day where the roads aren't really too bad, so I can spend the entire day in my classroom filing, organizing and throwing things away.
I'm a new follower!
